Cancellation policies vary by service provider and package. Standard policy allows full refund for cancellations made 30+ days before departure, 75% refund for 14-30 days, and 50% refund for 7-14 days.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, medical emergencies, and trip cancellations.

6. Liability Limitations

TrustValue Travels liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for acts of God, political situations, or service provider failures beyond our control.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY under New York state law.
